HI!

Let’s Talk About the Stuff No One Talks About.
Pelvic pain, leaking, prolapse, birth trauma, painful sex, recovery that doesn’t “feel like recovery.”
Maybe you’ve been told:
  • That’s just something to deal with.
  • Kegels will fix it.
  • Give it time.
  • Relax, it’s in your head.

Enough.

  • Painful sex doesn’t have to be tolerated.
  • Peeing yourself isn’t inevitable.
  • Postpartum doesn’t have to mean putting yourself last forever.
  • And your body? It’s not broken.

HEALING STARTS BY BEING HEARD.

And we are here to really listen.

Here, nothing is off-limits. No topic too awkward, no symptom too weird. We say the things other providers avoid, so you can finally get the help you deserve.

This Is Not Just Another Clinic.
This Is a Revolution.

What if you could:
  • Move, laugh, sneeze, lift and jump without fear of leaks.
  • Have sex that feels good. Like, actually good.
  • Experience a postpartum recovery that leaves you feeling strong, not shattered.
  • Feel in control of your body, instead of held back by it.
  • Receive care that meets you where you are - no shame, no judgment, no BS.

You can. And it starts here.

Why Work With Us?
  • We treat the whole you. Pelvic health isn’t just about a few muscles, it’s about how you move, how you breathe, how you feel in your skin, how you live.
  • No Kegel obsession. We go way beyond “just do your exercises” to find what actually works for your body.
  • Trauma-informed & real. No awkwardness. No dismissal. Just honest, compassionate care that that meets you where you are and makes space for you.
  • Pelvic health meets real life. Because rehab shouldn’t feel like a second job. We help you integrate healing into your actual, messy, beautiful life.

Meet the Founder

I’m Nadya, a pelvic health occupational therapist, and the founder of Medusa Pelvic Health & Wellbeing. Here’s what I know for sure:

Your body is not broken.

Your symptoms are not just in your head.

And your experience matters.

I created Medusa Pelvic Health & Wellbeing because I was tired of watching people get brushed off, told to “just deal with it,” or sent home with nothing but a Kegel handout. We don’t just treat pelvic floors, we empower you to reclaim your health, your confidence, and your body. We listen, we support, and we guide you through healing.

You deserve real answers, real care, and a provider who’s in your corner, no matter what.

Take the First Step.

1. Book a free consult - no pressure, no judgment, just a real conversation.

2. Get a plan that works for you - because no two bodies are the same.

3.  Reclaim your power - because you deserve to live thrive, not just survive.

This is a great addition to any lactation consultation you have received, as we expand on the invaluable expertise of LCs to offer you applicable and functional strategies that carryover any breastfeeding/feeding education to fit your body, your baby, and your life. Overall, it’s about creating a loving space where both you and your baby can thrive together.

Nadya gave me the tools I needed to make my body and mind stronger. She is very considerate, kind, timely, and responsive. I had such a wonderful experience learning how to strengthen my body after childbirth.
